In a non metallic bowl or container combine all ingredients except the pork. Marinade pork in this mixture, refrigerated, for about 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 425F. Roast tenderloins uncovered, for about 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 158F. Baste frequently with cooking juices. Allow to rest about 10 minutes, cut on the bias, and serve.
