Suggest a better descriptionSauté carrots and onions in butter and olive oil for 5 min. Add asparagus and sauté an additional 5 minutes. Add white whine and simmer until reduced by about half. Add vegetable broth and heat till warm. Use an immersion blender, counter top blender or food processor to puree all items. Slowly add cream and Brie. Stir until Brie is melted.
