Suggest a better descriptionBoil the asparagus for 3 minutes and then shock under cold water. Dry the asparagus on paper towels and set aside.
Place thin strip of red pepper on cheese and roll cheese around Asparagus, then roll Prosciutto around cheese, Lay out on serving platter Repeat for all.
Sprinkle some chopped red peppers on top, and pour dressing over asparagus. And refrigerate. May need more dressing before serving.
Serve cold.
