This dip is good with vegetables or steak on a burger
Place asparagus in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water.
Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 2-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain and immediately place in ice water.
Drain and pat dry.
In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Serve with asparagus.
You may need to add more horseradish. I use 2 tablespoons of horseradish.
I cook the asparagus on the grill. I place the asparagus on a cookie sheet then drizzle a little olive oil on the asparagus and then sprinkle a little kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
I cook my asparagus on the grill and serve with the horseradish dip.
