Suggest a better description1. Steam asparagus very lightly and set aside.
2. Combine lemon juice, chives, 2 teaspoons of mild mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper in a bowl.
2. Season sole with with salt and zest. Roll sole fillets around several asparagus spears and secure with toothpicks.
3. Spray a casserole dish and place sole rolls inside. Pour contents of bowl over fillets.
4. Bake at 400 for 15 - 20 minutes, basting fish once or twice during cooking.
5. Serve with rice.
