Suggest a better description1. Wrap asparagus in pork. Add cheese and wrap in clingfilm. Cover in salt, pepper and flour.
2. Cook both sides in a frying pan.
3. Cut carrots into thin slices.
4. Once the asparagus is cooked season with soy sauce, mirin, water and shitim pepper.
5. Make a tomogayaki.
6. Fry carrots and season with tsuyu and sesame seeds.
7. Plate with cooked rice and lettuce.
