Lightly cook the peas in a little water and drain well.
Microwave the Asparagus with a little butter and lemon juice for 3 to 4 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into thirds.
Combine the Peas, Asparagus and quartered Mushrooms in a bowl.
Season to taste
Add the Mayonaise and Carrot and mix
Refrigerate and serve.
