Suggest a better descriptionMix together cornmeal, cinnamon, salt and water in 3-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk and honey. Heat to simmering, stirring constantly (do not boil). NOTE: Regular blue cornmeal can be substituted for the atole blue cornmeal. Spread cornmeal in ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake, at 400F, stirring occasionally, until light brown, about 10 minutes.
