Au Gratin Potatoes
Melt the butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat
Add in the flour and salt
Slowly add in the 4 c. milk
Cook on medium or medium low until it thickens
Add in the 3 c. sharp cheddar
Place the potatoes in either a casserole dish or 9X13 pan
Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes
Bake for 1 ½ hours on 350 covered
Remove cover and bake for 30 more minutes
