1. Put chopped broccoli and cauliflower into really large bowl (one with lid is good idea).
2. Add shredded cheese and bacon; toss to combine (or put lid on and shake).
3. in a tall plastic soup container, add remaining ingredients.
4. Put lid on and shake vigorously.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Just before severing, shake dressing and then pour over veggies. Toss or shake veggies to combine.
