Grease and flour tube (bundt or 2 loaf pans)
Heat milk and butter until butter melts (Do not boil)
Beat eggs till light. Gradually beat in sugar
Fold in flour and mix well
Add milk and butter mixture and beat till all combined
Finally add baking powder and mix well
Pour into the pans
Bake in center of oven until cake bounces back when pressed with finger - 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before turning out
