Sift together sugar and flour; set aside. Bring to boil the butter, coca, and water. Add soda to buttermilk and combine with hot mixture. Pour hot mixture into flour and sugar. Stir in beaten eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased cookie sheet with floured sides. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350. Frost while hot.
Frosting:
1 stick butter. 6 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla. 1 box powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans. 4 heaping tbsp cocoa
Mix cocoa, butter and milk; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth and creamy. Add nuts and spread over hot cake.
