To the remaining amount add 1 egg, baking poweder, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix well with a spoon, not a mixer. Pour in a 9x13 greased and floured cake pan. Sprinkle reserved cup of topping on top, add more cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts (if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
