Suggest a better description1. Pound I chicken to 1/4 inch thick.
2. Lay out 8 green chilies and 8 strips of cheese and place one of each on each breast. Roll up and tuck in ends.
3. Place bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, chili powder, and other spices together in small bowl.
4. Dip breasts in melted butter, then roll in crumbs. Place seam side down and drizzle with remaining butter.
5. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
