Mix remaining ingredients (except chicken broth) and add to saute mixture. Now add chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. You can add cajun seasoning, onion salt or celery salt if you would like. It needs to be real loose. The bread soaks up all the liquid. Put into a greased oblong dish and bake at 325 for about 45 minutes. Test it and if it is too loose bake is some more. It will get more firm as it cools.
