Put oil into skillet and place in oven to heat Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, Stir until well blended. Remove skillet from oven and poor the hot oil from skillet into mixture and stir: Pour mixture back into hot skillet and bake for about 20 minutes until brown on top. Tip bread onto platter and serve hot with butter.
