Aunt Joyce's chicken recipe
1. Mix egg and milk.
2. Mix salt, bread crumbs, parmesan, and pepper together.
3. Spray a 9x13 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
5. Place in 9x13 pan.
6. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken, to cover. You don't need to use the whole jar or can, if you don't want to.
7. Sprinkle as much mozzarella cheese over the top as you want.
8. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes (maybe cover with foil for first 20 minutes).
You can cut this in half. Then bake in 8x8 pan.
