Recipe by Aunt Laura and Matthew durng the 2011 World Series!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. OPTIONAL: If using bacon: cut bacon slices in thirds; wrap each chicken strip with bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
3. Mix brown sugar and chili powder. and coat the chicken.
4.Bake for 25-30 minutes (30-35 minutes if wrapped in bacon for bacon to crisp).
