Soak rice for 8 hours (or if you don't have enough time, boil for about 45 min) so that the rice flowers
Rinse rice, put into large oven safe pot/corning ware
Add ingredients together and add boiling water.
Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. (May need to cook a little longer if rice has not soaked up most of the water yet.)
