Peel and chop apples. In saucepan combine juice, raisins, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes or until apples are tender. Meanwhile, combine cornstarch and water. Add to apple-raisin mixture and cook 1-2 minutes until thick and smooth. Serve warm.
