Suggest a better description1. Blend brown sugar, shortening, egg, rhubarb, milk, soda, salt, and flour with a mixer.
2. Pour into 9x13 pan.
3. Mix topping together to crumble stage and sprinkle on cake before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350.
4. Note: Auntie Leenie brought it to a picnic once after accidentally doubling the topping ingredients and it was excellent!
