Makes one large batch
1. Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar
2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
3. Mix together flour, oat flour, salt, baking powder and baking salt.
4. Stir in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nut (if using).
5. Drop by 1 1/2" balls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 375 for 6-10 minutes
7. NOTE: If you want your cookies to spread out a bit more, flatten a bit before baking.
8. Cookies will be soft but will firm up after cooking.
