1. Soak for a few minutes then gently scrub green apples - use designated sink.
2. Core and medium dice the green apples. - Use white cutting boards.
3. In a large bowl, stir together the apples, almonds, dried cranberries, and vanilla yogurt until evenly coated.
4. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
