This is easy and delicious. It is healthy and delectable.
Layer all ingredients. Drizzle generously with poppy seed dressing, followed by some balsamic vinaigrette. Suggestion is a ratio of 70% poppy seed, and 30% Vinaigrette.
Note: I forgot to add the feta cheese and it was still very good.
I think other fresh fruits would be a nice option also such as strawberries, blueberries, etc. But the pears were wonderful. Keeping a few on hand from harvest season into the winter is a future plan for me.
