1 terpan squash dice
3 bunch parsley finely chopped
½ gallon orange juice
4 fresh oranges

En una olla grand eponer a hervir agua 4 oz de sal y un qt de azucar ½ medio gallon d ejugo de naranja y las naranjas frescas cortadas y exprimindas cosinarlas hasta q la quinoa este suave ( notese no sobre cosinada exepto si se esta asiendo quinoa burger) es muy importante que estas se enfrien con agua fria muy vien y dejarlas escurrir en un colador de triangulo por lo menos 2 horas para q esten cecas y no se batan y se aseden
