Simple and delicious appetizer
1) For the dressing: combine the mayo, mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, horseradish, lemon peel and hot sauce in a medium bowl; stir to mix well. 2) Combine the dressing with the crabmeat, avocado and remaining lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the crab- avocado mix on toasted bread slices. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 8 servings.
