2) Scoop out the insides of the avocado
3) Mash up insides of the avocado with a fork
4) Refrigerate it
- That Day -
1) Toast the Bread
2) Cook the Egg (Any Style)
3) Spread the Avocado onto Toast (as much as you want)
4) As you take the egg off of the pan put it on the toast
