Suggest a better descriptionDissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Combine avocado and cream cheese; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Combine avocado mixture with gelatin mixture; beat well.
