I think it needs extra tomatoes. quarter cherry tomatoes. It''s better if you smash a few of the tomatoes too. Dice onion fine; dice jalapeno very fine. Combine everything except avocado; mix well. Add in avocado--be careful not to mash them. Serve: Chia seed crackers
I used 1 Roma tomato. Smash 1/3 or so of the avocado--ripe and room temp will help. With that much tomato, it needed a bit more lime juice.
