1) Make the salsa: combine all the salsa ingredients in a small bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well and give it a taste. Feel free to add extra lime, cilantro, onion, and/or spices to taste. Set aside.
2) Toast your bread and arrange on a plate. Lay slices of bacon to cover top of toast.
3) Scoop the insides out of your avocado and smash onto the toast. Top with salsa and dive in!
