Suggest a better descriptionsaute meat in a little oil until pink disappears. Grease casserole; put in meat. saute onions, bell peppers and celery. Mix uncooked rice and other ingredients together and place in casserole; cover. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes.
