this has not meat in but I did use a teaspoon of chicken broth cause I had it on hand; could be replaced with a high standard vegie broth
Okay cook lentils in broth and seasonings wth onion and garlic and oo
add the golden curry mix and a tomato then add broc
also a carrot or some othe root vegetable
Cook the lentils in broth about 15 minutes before adding the rest
cook potatoes and then fry or use rice
top with cilantro and raisons and spring onion
