In a shaker/mixer/blender bottle, combine oil, lemon juice, sugar, poppy seed, scallion and salt.
Shake well to emulsify dressing. May immediately pour dressing over salad or store in refrigerator.
In a large bowl, Combine salad greens, apple, pear, pecans, feta cheese and cranberries.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss well to coat.
Serve immediately.
Could add grilled meat to make a main dish meal.
