The 1st three ingredients are for the crust: mix together in food processor until crust forms a ball. It is helpful to do in 2 batches to avoid clogging up the processor. Roll dough into about 1 inch balls.
For the filing, mix remaining ingredients together in large bowl with spoon.
Place 1 ball of dough mixture in bottom of tea cake pan, press up the sides of each cup to form crust. Place 1 tsp. filling in each dough cup.
Bake at 370 degrees for 18-20 minutes - let cool.
