1. Bring sugar, and corn syrup to boil. Boil until clear. Stir constantly so it won't burn.
2. Add peanut butter, and rice crispies. Mix together.
3. Press into bottom of cake pan.
4. Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips together. Spread on top of rice crispies.
