Slice bacon into small cross cut slices and fry until crisp. Remove from pan and let drain. Caramelize onion in the bacon fat and drain as much fat as possible. Mix milk, eggs salt pepper and Tabasco. Spray pan with cooking spay. Layer half bread in 13 x 9 pan. Layer half the bacon, onion and cheese. Repeat another layer of bread, bacon, onion and cheese. Pour milk and egg mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 50 minutes or until puffed and golden.
