Preheat oven to 350; lightly spray 12 standard muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray
Place 1 slice of bacon (in pieces) in each prepared muffin cup, overlapping
Beat eggs, bell pepper, cheese, half and half/milk, salt, and black pepper in medium bowl until well blended
Fill each muffin cup with 1/4 cup egg mixture
Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set in center. Remove from oven, cool, run knife along edge of each cup before removing from pan.
