Start BBQ plate and set to 220c
30 mins before
Put bacon in oven
Put milk, yoghurt, juice on trolleys
Put fruit in a bowl - put more in than described in ingredients list
Get spreads, butter and margarine ready to put out
Set up toast area
5 minutes before
Put bacon in one tray with cooling rack to drain fat
Fry eggs and bacon on BBQ plate.
Cook a small amount of toast - the group may not use any
