-Light grill and set to 300
-Make sure buns are defrosted from the night before

-Start grilling bacon and eggs, once cooked fold the bacon and lay the egg on top and put on the roll, keep warm in oven
-Once all cooked put in a medium depth tray with a grate and put in the oven at 90
30 mins before
Put milk, yoghurt, juice on trolleys
Put fruit in a bowl - put more in than described in ingredients list
Get spreads, butter and margarine ready to put out
Set up toast area
Cook a small amount of toast - the group may not use any
