Suggest a better descriptionCook Pasta in heavily salted water.
Put 2 slices of bread in the food processor to crumb. Add Crumbs to 1 tsp olive oil and a little seasoning in a small skillet. Let sauté until golden.
Scoop out a cup of pasta water before draining and set aside.
Cook Bacon until crispy and blot.
Cook eggs in the same skillet to absorbs some bacon drippings until soft set. (about 4 minutes)
Remove eggs from skillet and set aside.
Add Bacon, cheese and pasta to the skillet and add enough pasta water to make a light same. To taste and add salt and petter as needed.
Divide pasta among plates, top each with an egg and break the yolk so that it melts down into the pasta. Garnish with toasted bread crumbs.
