Simple but delicious appetizer based on my favorite fast food, the Arby's chicken, bacon, and swiss sandwich.
I had the Deli slice my Swiss pretty thick.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken breasts into squares about 1 to 1 1/2 inches on a side. Stack small pieces to make a full square. Drape a 1/3 slice of bacon over the top of each piece and skewer with a toothpick. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray or use non-stick aluminum foil and arrange the chicken squares on the baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bacon starts to crisp, then remove from oven. Center a Swiss cheese square over each toothpick and press down onto the bacon. Bake for another minute at most to start the cheese melting. Remove from the oven and let cool for a bit.
Place a bowl of horseradish sauce and/or BBQ sauce out for dipping and enjoy.
