Suggest a better descriptionMarinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes. If chestnuts are too large cut into bite-size pieces. Roll each in sugar, the wrap in a piece of bacon. Place on slotted surface of broiler pan and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
