Cut the bagel in half and pop it into the toaster just to heat it, dont let it darken too much, just a light brown will suffice.
Grill a slice of bacon till slightly crispy but still chewy, if you cant grill, frying it will do.
once the bacon is ready, slice the cheddar slices ontop of the bagel, then add the bacon ontop.
now place the bagel in the grill just until the cheddar starts to bubble or melt
add any salt or pepper you want once ready.
Finally add 2nd half of bagel onto the bacon and serve with crisps.
