Preheat oven to 350.
Mix the half and half and egg mixture up, then add salt. At the bottom of each pie shell, break up bits of cooked bacon, fresh broccoli and sprinkle with cheese.
Pour mixture of eggs between the 2 shells and sprinkle more cheese on top. Cook for 40-45 minutes at 350.
