on paper towel.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat egg slightly. Stir in remaining
ingredients and bacon just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among
cups.
Bake 16-19 minutes or just until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan
to cooling rack. Serve warm.
