Amazing 5 star soup that's easy and delicious!
Cook bacon and drain grease.
In a large pot, boil all ingredients except milk, corn starch, cheese, and bacon on medium high heat Cook until vegetables are tender. Add bacon.
In a small bowl, whisk corn starch into milk.
Reduce heat to medium and add corn starch and milk mixture. Mix thoroughly. If it is too thick, add more chicken broth, milk, or water. Add cheese and stir thoroughly.
This is amazing soup even the kids love!
