Cut cheddar cheese in small even cubes.
Sprinkle cheese cubes with Cayenne pepper.
Wrap bacon slices around each cube. Fasten with wooden picks.
Place on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof glass dish.
Broil for about 5 minutes, turning over after about 3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and bacon is cooked to your liking. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
Serve as an appitizer with celery and carrot sticks or tortilla or other chips.
