This can be a whole meal with fresh bread buns or neither. Easy and very very good
Chop then cook bacon until crispy. Set aside. Cook cut up chicken in bacon grease after seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook and turn so all sides are brown. Simmer while you prepare the rest of the salad.
Toss the romaine, avocado, chicken and bacon together. Top with onions, nuts and apple.
Dress with your favourite or the bottled Balsamic Vinegarette which I used. It is delicious!!
