Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook bacon in the oven until done and crispy. Reserve 2 Tbsp of the grease and set bacon aside.
In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 of the shredded cheddar, milk and parsley. Set aside.
Add onions to a skillet with the bacon grease and cook over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add frozen corn, 1/2 of the bacon, salt and pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes and cook until corn is heated through, about 3 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in cream cheese mixture. Pour into a 9 x 9" baking dish.
Top with remaining bacon crumbles.
Bake for 15 minutes, top with remaining cheddar and bake an additional 5 minutes.
