Suggest a better descriptionCut the bacon in half or thirds, depending on the length of the bacon. It needs to go around the cracker but not overlap.
I used Keebler’s club crackers.
Put ½ to 1 tsp of brown sugar on the cracker. (I used about a tsp because I like sugar.) Wrap the bacon around the sugar coated cracker, put them on a cooling rack on a cookie sheet so the grease has somewhere to drip.
Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
