Cut the bacon into smaller strips
Fry the bacon in a pan and leave the fat
Add clove of garlic and kale or spinach to pan
Scramble the eggs and pour into baking dish
Add bacon and kale and cheese
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
Cut into squares and put into biscuits
